IBÉRICO HAM AND CURED PORK SHOULDER
From the heart of the Extremaduran grasslands, south of Badajoz and north of Huelva. Our ibérico ham and cured pork shoulder products are made from Spanish Iberian-breed pork (cerdo ibérico español), which gives them truly unique characteristics and flavour.
All our hams are certified in accordance with the jamón ibérico quality standard and cured for between 14 and 36 months.
